What exactly is JoDom Publishing? Or more importantly, who are the faces behind it?

Put quite simply...JoDom Publishing is the brainchild of Allisa 'lala' Jones and Tim O., both authors and entrepreneurs in their own right. For many years, the two passed around the idea of building a company that would provide a personal experience to authors and help them avoid the pitfalls of publishing.

As a special focus, they wanted to help young African American writers understand the process of publishing their work. After much deliberation, sleepless nights, marathon meetings, and midnight coffee breaks, JoDom Publishing was born to the world.

The founders believed that their own publishing experiences, artistic abilities, business backgrounds and eagerness to help writers would create an environment where authors feel not only comfortable but confident.
